EVGENI NESHEV was born in Sofia in 1962. He graduated (MA in Arts) in National Academy of Fine Arts, Sofia Department of Monumental Arts. In 1993–1994 he completed creative specialization in Dusseldorf and Moenchengladbach, Germany. He has worked in private collections in Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, UK and Bulgaria.
